The Caledonia Ramblers will be hosting their second free slideshow of the year on Friday, February 23, 2024. Experience the Incredible natural beauty and proud nomadic traditions as Travis and Nazgul Stringer look at one of the world’s top emerging travel destinations. Travis will show slides from two exciting trips he did near the end of his stay in the country, and Nazgul, Prince George’s only Kyrgyz-Canadian, will show slides of traditional and daily life in Kyrgyzstan. Nazgul will also provide unique insight into Kyrgyz culture, including hands-on displays of household goods, clothing, and samples of traditional cuisine.  Refreshments will be provided, with donations graciously accepted.
