Twenty-four enthusiastic ramblers headed out to Fort George Canyon on an overcast but pleasant day.  We did get a little bit of drizzle while hiking but nothing to dampen our spirits. The trail was in great shape and a few berries could still be found on the side of the trails. 

When we got down to the river, as expected, it was low which made for some exciting adventures exploring the shore and climbing up on some of the rock islands.

A huge thank you to Jessica for leading this large group and to Lisa for being our sweep. Without volunteers like you these hikes would not be possible.
