Eleven ramblers headed out for the Longworth Lookout hike on a stunning Sunday morning.  The trail was in very good shape, with the occasional blowdown we had to go over or under or around.  With the big trees and the moss that carpets the forest floor, it never gets tiring to look at.  Of course the view at the top makes the 7 km hike worthwhile. There was some smoke and haze in the valley, which did block out some of the mountains in the distance, but we still had fantastic views all around.

Thank you to leader Richard, all eleven were accounted for at the end of the day.
