Mild temperatures, and calm air as the Ramblers rolled out of Prince George and headed east on the Yellowhead Highway. The drive to the trailhead near TĂȘte Jaune Cache was itself a highlight, with the Fraser River winding through the valley below. The ascent up the steep, historic mule trail was steady but no match for the reward at the ridge: panoramic views across the Robson Valley, the Cariboo Mountains, and on a clear day, all the way to Mount Robson. A great time was has by all!
