Destination: Blackwater West

The Caledonia Ramblers will be going to Blackwater West (80 kilometres south of Prince George) on Saturday, April 19th. It's rated easy-moderate (C2d) with a round trip distance of 12 kilometres and should take 6-8 hours plus driving time. Participants should bring a day backpack, sufficient water or perhaps something else to drink, lunch and snacks, extra clothing and rain gear, insect repellent, gaiters and perhaps sunscreen, hiking poles and bear spray. Please meet 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time of 8 a.m. at the Prince George City Hall parking lot.
