Destination: The Farm

The Caledonia Ramblers will be leading a Strenuous (D5d) hike to the Farm, approximately 117 km northeast of Prince George. Depending on weather and snow conditions, participants should consider bringing both ice cleats (ice grippers) and snowshoes (and be familiar with how to attach them to their pack) for this trip. They should also consider bringing hiking boots, a day backpack, sufficient water or perhaps something hot to drink, adequate food or snacks, extra warm clothing and gaiters. Hiking poles may also prove useful. Please meet 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time of 7:00 a.m. in the parking lot behind Prince George City Hall.
