Destination: Grizzly Den

The Caledonia Ramblers will be leading a hike to Grizzly Den cabin on Sunday, August 1. The hike is rated moderate to strenuous with a distance of 13 kilometres, round trip, and an elevation gain of 600 metres. The hike should take four to six hours. Participants are urged to bring a day backpack carrying raingear, insect repellent lunch and snacks. Bear spray and hiking poles may also be helpful. Meet at the Prince George City Hall parking lot 15 minutes before the 8 a.m. departure time.
