Due to the warm temperatures.

The Caledonia Ramblers will be offering an Easy/Moderate snowshoe to the Beaver Ponds located off Shelest Drive, just north of Prince George. The route involves some bushwhacking and off-trail travel. Participants should consider bringing both ice cleats (ice grippers) and snowshoes for this trip, depending on weather and snow conditions. They should also bring a day backpack, sufficient water or perhaps something hot to drink, adequate food or snacks, extra warm clothing and gaiters. Hiking poles may also prove useful. Please meet 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time of 9 a.m. at the Prince George City Hall parking lot.
