Goodsir Nature Park

Description

Goodsir Nature Park is a 160-acre park, located roughly 30 kilometres north of Prince George. The trails are well-maintained and have various interpretive signs along the way, identifying all the native plant and tree life in the region. Two botanical gardens have native trees from other areas of BC, as well as other species from different provinces and territories growing there.

Goodsir Nature Park has been designated a Canadian Botanical Conservatory and includes walking trails, a naturalist museum and Jim Good’s collection of hundreds of botanical species.
