Destination: Fang Mountain

The Caledonia Ramblers will be leading a strenuous (E5e) hike up Fang Mountain,  located about 121 km east of Prince George. This hike will include off trail crossing up the backside of Fang Mountain from the Torpy side. Participants should bring a day backpack, sufficient water or something else to drink, lunch and snacks, extra clothing, rain gear, insect repellent, sunscreen and perhaps hiking poles, gaiters and bear spray. Please meet 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time of 7 a.m. at the Highway 16 East PetroCan parking lot.
