Hikes and Snowshoes Put on Hold

In response to the BC's Provincial Health Officers order banning all social gatherings of any size, the Caledonia Ramblers hikes and snowshoes have been put on hold until further notice. With daily infection rates rising rapidly, it is in the everyone's best interests to follow the Provincial guidelines to lessen the impacts of the second wave of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Raven Lake Cabin Vandalized

The Prince George Backcountry Recreation Society is extremely sad (as are we) to report the recent vandalism of the brand-new Raven Lake cabin in the Sugarbowl-Grizzly Den Provincial Park and Protected Area. The cabin is closed due to Covid-19 and remains closed until further notice. Please respect and take care of our backcountry infrastructure.
